Member of Data Staff (AI)

Salary: $200,000–$300,000 USD per year, plus equity and benefits

What you will do

• Own how third-party datasets are sourced and how first-party human data enters and flows through hirify.global.
• Identify populations and geographies to support next, map data sources, and secure datasets for new simulation domains.
• Run the human data collection supply chain, including panel and field vendor management, incentives, throughput, and cost per completed participant.
• Structure data agreements covering training, fine-tuning, and derivative agent behavior.
• Build feedback loops between research, customer deployments, data sourcing, and measurable model improvement.
• Set standards for sample composition, response quality, fraud prevention, consent, privacy, and data usage rights.

Requirements

• Experience or strong aptitude in negotiating with vendors, partners, or data holders.
• Procurement experience and the ability to manage contracts, competing requests, and multiple workstreams.
• Comfort analyzing data bias, sample selection, schemas, collection strategies, and data quality.
• Ability to build scalable processes and document decisions clearly.
• Consulting or investing experience solving complex, ambiguous problems in fast-paced environments.
• Technical fluency with coding agents for checks and workflow automation.
