Data Sourcing & Strategy Associate (AI)

Location: Hybrid role with three onsite days per week at the Westport, CT campus and one day per week at the NYC campus

Salary: $170,000–$225,000 annual wage range, including base salary and discretionary target bonus

What you will do

• Support data sourcing, acquisition systems, supply chains, and internal investment data demand.
• Research external data offerings, create potential matches, and structure supplier information for internal use.
• Maintain and organize sourcing portfolios, inbound assets, knowledge bases, and deferred opportunities.
• Engage with investors, associates, engineers, vendors, service providers, Management, Compliance, Legal, and Finance.
• Improve the quality, reliability, and efficiency of sourcing, vetting, and content delivery processes.
• Contribute to the introduction of ML/AI into the research and data discovery process.

Requirements

• 4-year degree from an accredited undergraduate institution.
• 3–7 years of relevant experience at an investment bank, vendor or service provider, or asset management firm.
• Experience in at least two areas: Relationship Management, Service Management, or Supplier Knowledge Management.
• Ability to manage high-volume work across diverse functions and competing priorities.
• Analytical, systems-oriented approach with strong ownership and communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite three days per week in Westport, CT and one day per week in New York City; immigration sponsorship is not provided.

Nice to have

• Experience with capital markets market data.
• Familiarity with quantitative methods.
