What you will do

• Plan and coordinate hardware, software, and function maturity at the vehicle level.
• Plan system commissioning on vehicles and test benches, including demonstrator and serial cars.
• Coordinate vehicle testing and act as the bridge between all involved parties.
• Resolve legal, release, coordination, operational, and technical commissioning issues.
• Define planning, reporting, change-management, and risk-management activities and tools.
• Monitor vehicle maturity, identify responsibility gaps, escalate conflicts, and propose alternative paths.

Requirements

• Industry background in automotive and management.
• Knowledge of commissioning, planning, automotive development, and reporting.
• Master's degree or PhD.
• Self-organized and solution-oriented working style.
• Lean, self-responsible approach and flexibility for suddenly emerging tasks.
