Sr. Digital Accessibility Analyst (Cybersecurity)

Location: 100% remote within the US; hybrid scheduling is available for candidates in the Chicago, IL or El Dorado Hills, CA metro areas.

What you will do

• Conduct manual and automated accessibility audits across the Vault, Browser Extension, and Admin Console.
• Evaluate React-based product experiences against Section 508 and WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA standards.
• Test screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, screen magnification, voice control, and other assistive technologies.
• Document reproducible defects with severity ratings, accessibility impact, standards references, and remediation guidance.
• Partner with Product, Design, QA, and Engineering to define acceptance criteria, test plans, and repeatable accessibility reviews.
• Validate remediations, track conformance, maintain VPATs and Accessibility Conformance Reports, and support customer and RFP accessibility requirements.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in accessibility testing, QA, product quality, or a related technical role.
• Strong knowledge of Section 508 and WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA and hands-on experience with assistive technologies.
• Ability to read HTML, CSS, and ARIA and diagnose accessibility issues in proposed implementations.
• Familiarity with React-based frontend applications and automated testing tools such as axe, WAVE, Lighthouse, or ANDI.
• Strong written communication and ability to collaborate with engineers, designers, product managers, and QA teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience, with the ability to assess visual and non-visual accessibility barriers independently or with reasonable accommodation.

Nice to have

• Experience authoring VPATs or Accessibility Conformance Reports.
• Accessibility testing experience for browser extensions, web applications, admin consoles, iOS, or Android.
• IAAP certification such as CPACC, WAS, or CPWA.
• Experience with FedRAMP, government, regulated, cybersecurity, or security-sensitive products.
