What you will do

• Lead software quality engineering, test automation, and AI-assisted test-driven development for distributed security-cloud services.
• Generate, execute, and maintain AI-assisted test plans while validating bug fixes and new features.
• Collaborate with developers and product management to provide quality inputs on feature design and delivery.
• Support phased software rollouts, feature enablement, alert handling, and capacity planning.
• Monitor, diagnose, and resolve complex failures across distributed networks.
• Conduct performance benchmarking and chaos testing to support five nines of availability.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience in network testing and automation.
• Experience testing cloud, security, and Datapath technologies.
• Familiarity with AWS or GCP, observability tools, and operational automation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field.
• Active exploration and practical integration of AI tools to improve workflows and problem-solving.
• Ability to work hybrid in the San Jose office at least three days per week.

• Experience with AI-assisted testing, automation, and validation frameworks.
