What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of QA Analysts while building a culture of ownership, accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Own testing execution across multiple products and initiatives, including test planning, exploratory testing, regression testing, and risk-based testing.
- Champion AI adoption for test design, exploratory testing, defect analysis, documentation, and automation while validating AI-generated outputs.
- Expand automated regression coverage and partner with Engineering to improve CI/CD testing practices.
- Coordinate QA activities, manage priorities and capacity, identify risks, and remove delivery blockers.
- Track automation coverage, escaped defects, defect trends, test execution effectiveness, and release quality to drive improvement.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in software quality assurance and 5+ years leading QA Engineers or QA Analysts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering or a related field.
- Experience with manual and automated testing for web and/or mobile applications.
- Experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines, with knowledge of API testing, test management platforms, and defect tracking systems.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, SDLC, Agile practices, modern QA principles, and data-driven decision-making.
- English: B2+ required.
Nice to have
- Experience using and coaching others on AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot.
- Knowledge of prompt engineering, AI-assisted software development, and practical generative AI applications in QA.
