Principal, Technology Strategy Advancement (Healthcare)

Location: Remote, with residence required in close proximity to Louisville, Dallas/Frisco, Washington/Arlington, Chicago, Fort Lauderdale, Tampa, New York, Boston, Atlanta, Nashville, or Charlotte, United States. Occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $166,700–$229,200 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Connect business priorities, technology strategy, product roadmaps, capabilities, modernization initiatives, investments, and execution outcomes.
• Translate business strategy into technology roadmap implications, investment themes, sequencing, risks, dependencies, and leadership decisions.
• Develop executive strategy materials, business cases, scorecards, value realization views, risk summaries, tradeoff recommendations, and decision packages.
• Assess investment alignment with business strategy, OKRs, product lifecycles, modernization priorities, and measurable business value.
• Partner with business, product, engineering, architecture, finance, cybersecurity, data, portfolio, and delivery leaders.
• Drive strategy-to-execution follow-through by defining actions, owners, milestones, measures, and execution checkpoints.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, engineering, finance, strategy, operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years of experience in technology strategy, enterprise strategy, portfolio management, transformation, strategic planning, consulting, business operations, or executive advisory roles.
• Experience supporting complex, multi-year technology portfolios with investments of $350M+ and senior executive stakeholders.
• Expertise in technology roadmaps, strategic portfolio management, investment governance, modernization, technology business management, and multi-year planning.
• Strong analytical thinking, executive communication, storytelling, facilitation, stakeholder influence, financial analysis, ROI modeling, and value realization skills.
• This role is not eligible for work visa sponsorship. The position is an individual contributor role with no direct reports.
