Senior Principal - Corporate Strategy & Development

Location: Hybrid, with 2–3 days per week in the Mountain View, California office

Base pay: $227,000–$307,000 per year in Mountain View. The position may also include a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits.

What you will do

• Structure and lead high-priority corporate strategy projects focused primarily on growth.
• Lead cross-functional and business-unit teams through data-driven research, analysis, and problem solving.
• Develop strategic recommendations, plans, presentations, and executive communications.
• Present strategic findings to C-suite executives, the CEO, Board of Directors, and business-unit leaders.
• Track business-unit strategy and competitive landscapes while building relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Coach and mentor junior team members and contribute to their professional development.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm or in the strategy function of a respected operating company; an MBA is preferred.
• 3+ years of experience leading teams of direct reports on high-profile strategic initiatives.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, interpersonal, influencing, presentation, facilitation, and written communication skills.
• Ability to synthesize complex information and present concise findings to executive audiences.
• Experience managing senior business stakeholders across challenging cross-functional projects.
• Strong project management skills and openness to developmental feedback.
