Change Management Consultant Senior Advisor

Location: Holtsville, New York; minimum 3 days per week in the Holtsville, NY office and 2 days remote within the US

Salary: $138,800–$208,200 annual base pay, plus a target annual cash incentive of 15% of base pay

What you will do

• Design and deliver end-to-end change management strategies for complex, large-scale, cross-business-unit and global initiatives.
• Develop tailored communication plans and stakeholder engagement activities for different business units and stakeholder groups.
• Coach functional leaders, business unit leaders, and executive leadership, including C-Suite stakeholders, on change leadership.
• Lead peer change managers and provide direction to team members and contractors supporting change management activities.
• Manage a changing portfolio of change management projects and serve as a company-wide change management expert.
• Create and coordinate communications across global and regional teams, including emails, awareness sessions, events, newsletters, videos, site content, banners, and posters.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 12+ years of professional experience.
• Experience creating and implementing change management or organizational design strategies for large-scale, cross-business-unit global projects.
• Demonstrated ability to work with stakeholders at all organizational levels, including C-Suite executives.
• Experience working for a hardware and software manufacturing company.
• Strong written and verbal communication, relationship-building, facilitation, and executive content development skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with R&D or new product development.
• Experience developing change strategies, stakeholder plans, communications, and training materials end to end.
• Master’s degree.
• Ability to move work forward with limited supervision in ambiguous conditions.
