Senior Solutions Consultant - Healthcare

Location: Remote within Texas or Louisiana, United States; up to 50% travel.

On-target earnings: USD $149,550–$249,250 per year, including commission eligibility.

What you will do

• Engage healthcare clients, including solution architects, IT vice presidents, directors, and technical administrators.
• Lead technical sales presentations, solution demonstrations, architecture discussions, workshops, proof-of-concept engagements, and RFP/RFI responses.
• Analyze customer business and technology objectives and translate requirements into effective solution proposals.
• Design custom hirify.global software and services solutions for large-scale healthcare accounts.
• Build deep technical and healthcare domain expertise while influencing product improvements and new solutions.
• Coordinate domain authorities, customer requirements, industry trends, competitive analysis, and solution development.

Requirements

• 4+ years of technical presales, consulting, or equivalent industry experience.
• Experience with server administration and configuration, including Windows Web Server, Active Directory, Okta, and Entra ID.
• Strong enterprise architecture, design, presentation, listening, reasoning, and objection-handling skills.
• Healthcare industry experience, including EMRs, security, administration, or end-user computing.
• Experience with desktop virtualization technologies such as VMware vSphere, hirify.global Horizon, Citrix, or Microsoft RDS.
• Experience with mobile device platforms, identity access management, Windows desktop and application deployment, and Windows enterprise administration.
