Salary: $155,000–$185,000 per year, plus Restricted Stock Units.

What you will do

  • Lead, hire, mentor, and develop the Production Planning team.
  • Drive Sales and Operations Planning across Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and Program Management.
  • Own the Master Production Schedule and align customer demand, capacity, labor, and material readiness.
  • Monitor production performance, identify bottlenecks, and improve throughput, schedule attainment, and delivery performance.
  • Manage short- and long-term capacity planning and develop scalable planning processes, reporting, and standard work.
  • Support new product introductions and use ERP/MRP systems to manage inventory, work orders, and manufacturing schedules.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in production planning, manufacturing planning, supply chain, or operations within a manufacturing environment.
  • 3+ years of direct people management experience leading production planning, scheduling, or manufacturing operations teams.
  • Experience with Master Production Scheduling, Material Requirements Planning, and capacity planning in a complex manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical, cross-functional communication, and continuous improvement skills, including Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

Nice to have

  • Experience in high-growth or advanced manufacturing environments and with highly configurable products.
  • Experience manufacturing electrical systems, modular infrastructure, data center equipment, or other complex industrial products.
