Senior Production Control Planner (Manufacturing)

Location: Newburyport, MA, United States

Annual base salary: $83,200–$114,400, plus equity.

What you will do

• Plan, schedule, and control production schedules for active customer products and machine builds.
• Monitor material planning and replenishment to prevent stock-outs and production interruptions.
• Analyze MRP outputs and system-generated part replenishment recommendations.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Production, Procurement, Receiving, Quality, and other production areas to resolve material shortages.
• Track customer deliverables, external vendor operations, production progress, and delivery commitments.
• Maintain standard work, planning processes, documentation, and risk escalation routines.

Requirements

• 3+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Proven experience in production planning and scheduling.
• Experience with ERP systems; Epicor is preferred.
• Technical understanding of the manufacturing work being planned and managed.
• Analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills.
