Senior Production Planner I (Robotics)

Location: Onsite in Pasadena, California, United States

Salary: $95,000–$115,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Plan supply and fulfillment in MRP for robotics and electromechanical production work orders.
• Release work orders to Production and kit requests to Inventory.
• Create material-visibility tools, including line-of-balance, shortage, and clear-to-build reports.
• Prioritize and expedite subassemblies to support robotics integration and production timelines.
• Coordinate incoming inspections and timely hardware receipt and processing.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Production, Supply Chain, and Project Management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree, or 9+ years of total work experience.
• Experience conducting build reviews and expediting materials through production.
• Knowledge of production-planning fundamentals, master data management, batch processing, and issue-ticket disposition.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/MRP systems.
• Eligibility to work in the United States or obtain the authorizations required under ITAR and other U.S. space-technology export regulations.
• Ability to work onsite in Pasadena, California.

Nice to have

• Experience in robotics, aerospace, EV automotive, high-reliability manufacturing, or other disruptive manufacturing industries.
• Experience in rapid-growth production or engineering-development environments.
• Experience supporting new product introduction, prototype builds, or low-volume/high-mix production.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, bills of material, assembly documentation, and work instructions.
• Strong communication, organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
