Manager of Product Solutions (EMEA)

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid work with at least one day in the office every Wednesday

Salary: £73,600–£110,400 per year, plus commission

What you will do

• Understand complex client environments, from pre-IPO companies to FTSE 100 enterprises, and connect their challenges with hirify.global’s platform.
• Engage C-level prospects, communicate the strategic value proposition, and support business development opportunities through closure.
• Deliver tailored online and onsite product demonstrations and advise clients on industry best practices.
• Participate in executive meetings and contribute to sales growth, marketing objectives, and sales headcount planning.
• Partner with business development, implementation, engineering, and product teams to deliver client solutions.
• Mentor and cross-train internal resources while developing team skills and expertise.

Requirements

• 4–9 years of experience in Big Four consulting, internal audit, compliance, or risk management.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Expert knowledge of internal audit methodology and internal controls compliance.
• Strong analytical, diagnostic, critical-thinking, project-management, presentation, and decision-making skills.
• Experience managing and working with auditors, cross-functional teams, product engineering groups, and senior leadership.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; sales experience is not required.

Nice to have

• Understanding of enterprise risk management.
• Knowledge of SOX, COBIT, SOC, COSO, ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI DSS, HITRUST, and NIST guidance.
