Product Specialist (AEC/Revit)

Salary: £65,000–£75,000 per year plus equity

What you will do

• Join discovery and technical sales calls to understand complex requirements and demonstrate the platform.
• Lead the transition from sales to customer success, aligning goals with decision-makers and configuring the platform for customer needs.
• Deliver on-site and online demos and deep-dive training for super users.
• Monitor customer activity during the first 90 days and lead bi-weekly training sessions to support adoption.
• Translate customer feedback into product insights and influence the product roadmap with product engineers.
• Provide ongoing consultation and identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities with GTM and Marketing.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of end-to-end electrical workflows from concept through permit and construction documents.
• 5+ years of electrical engineering experience in a top-tier firm.
• Expert-level proficiency in Revit for large, complex electrical systems.
• Ability to communicate effectively with AEC engineering and technical architecture stakeholders.
• Strong ownership of the customer journey and ability to work in a high-velocity environment.
