Product Manager Especialista (AI)

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end construction and evolution of an AI-powered conversational product.
• Define and manage the product roadmap, backlog, prioritization, milestones, and execution plans.
• Coordinate multiple multidisciplinary squads across Product, UX, Technology, Data, AI, and Business.
• Organize Agile ceremonies, governance forums, and progress reviews.
• Manage timelines, dependencies, risks, blockers, and critical product decisions.
• Align internal stakeholders and external strategic partners while providing executive-level visibility into progress and risks.

Requirements

• Professional experience as a Senior Product Manager, Project Manager, Delivery Lead, or Product Lead.
• Experience leading products or strategic projects involving multiple squads and diverse stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of backlog management, prioritization, roadmap development, and delivery planning.
• Practical experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, or similar frameworks.
• Ability to lead and align multidisciplinary teams without direct managerial authority in complex and ambiguous environments.
• Fluent English at a professional level is required for meetings, ceremonies, stakeholder discussions, and other professional forums.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI, Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, automation, or conversational products.
• Understanding of AI product challenges including quality, context, security, latency, scalability, and cost.
• Experience with API-based system and service integrations.
• Experience managing external partners or complex partnership structures.
• Background in fintech, banking, or technology companies.
