Location: Hybrid in Europe, with the UK preferred as a base; extensive travel across countries and geographies is required.

What you will do
- Commission the first wave of labs in the UK and at least one of Germany, France, Italy, or Spain.
- Manage technical build, diagnostic equipment installation, regulatory sign-off, and operational handover for each lab.
- Build a repeatable commissioning playbook covering technical, equipment, and compliance processes.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and manage competing priorities without formal authority.
- Hand over commissioned labs to local clinic teams with documented operating procedures.
- Build a team as the launch cadence grows.
Requirements
- Experience commissioning physical sites, laboratories, or clinical facilities end-to-end.
- Working knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements for diagnostic or clinical laboratory environments.
- Strong operational project management skills, including running multiple concurrent site launches.
- Proven stakeholder management experience without direct authority.
- Willingness to travel extensively and work flexibly across time zones and geographies.
- Experience using AI tools for logistics, documentation, and compliance tracking with sound judgment.
Nice to have
- Direct experience installing Abbott or equivalent diagnostic laboratory equipment.
- Background in fast-scaling healthcare, diagnostics, or life sciences operations.
- Experience building a function from an initial launch into a repeatable, team-supported process.
