Executive Virtual Assistant (CPG)

What you will do

• Manage multiple executive inboxes, handling routine items and escalating only matters requiring attention.
• Own calendar scheduling and coordination end to end.
• Handle registrations, renewals, back-office administration, and occasional personal administrative requests.
• Research and troubleshoot business issues, returning with recommendations and solutions.
• Run discrete projects and collaborate cross-functionally with minimal supervision after ramp-up.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience directly supporting executives or founders in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry.
• Strong written and verbal English.
• Fluency with Notion, Google Workspace, and Slack.
• Discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information.
• Ability to build and maintain standard operating procedures.
• Independent ownership, inbox and calendar management skills, and availability during working hours.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of using AI tools to work faster and more effectively.
• Experience running personal projects or workstreams.
