Director of Product (AI)

Telehealth support solutions designed to streamline virtual care delivery for companies serving patients across multiple specialties and all 50 states.

What you will do

• Lead the product management organization and manage product managers and designers.
• Own and communicate the product roadmap, timelines, and resource allocation across 7–8 cross-functional pods.
• Oversee all product lines and represent product strategy to senior leadership.
• Partner with engineering directors, engineering managers, and design to align roadmaps and delivery.
• Write roadmaps, design documents, and PRDs while driving products end to end.
• Drive AI adoption across the product management team and champion bottom-up product development.

Requirements

• Strong product leadership experience with high standards for execution and delivery.
• Hands-on experience writing PRDs and taking products from concept through delivery.
• Experience leading product teams and managing multiple product lines.
• B2B platform experience, particularly with data pipelines and AI-powered tooling.
• Ability to challenge senior leadership using data and clear reasoning, then execute decisively.
• Must be based in the United States.

• E-commerce experience with a strong customer-service component.
• Experience at fintech startups.
• Engineering-to-product career path and ability to work closely with code and technical teams.
• Background in data analytics, business intelligence, product analytics, or consulting.
