Director of Product Management (AI)

Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, United States; collaboration with US-based stakeholders during Pacific Time.

Annual salary: $280,000–$380,000, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Define and communicate the multi-year product vision and strategy for the Member Journey.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers.
• Improve enrollment, long-term retention, member outcomes, and engagement across the care lifecycle.
• Build scalable platforms and member experiences for new conditions, care programs, and program extensions.
• Develop AI and personalization capabilities that make care more adaptive, relevant, and effective.
• Partner with Clinical, Design, Data Science, and Engineering on roadmap definition and high-quality execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of Product Management experience building consumer-facing products or B2B2C platforms.
• 4+ years of experience managing Product Managers or Senior Product Managers.
• Experience managing foundational platforms at scale and driving significant architectural designs.
• Technical fluency in data models, experimentation infrastructure, and system design.
• Strong communication, project management, execution, and collaboration skills in distributed teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in digital health or consumer health products.
• Familiarity with AI/ML applications in personalization, recommendations, or behavior change.
• Strong background in experimentation and A/B testing at scale.
• Experience with consumer lifecycle management, activation funnels, or engagement mechanics.
