Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Palo Alto, California, with in-office collaboration required at least 3 days per week.

What you will do

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for EOR platform features.
• Translate customer needs, market insights, and business goals into prioritized product requirements.
• Define AI agent use cases to automate and streamline EOR employee workflows.
• Partner with engineering leads on architecture trade-offs, API design, and technical feasibility.
• Use SQL and product data to analyze usage patterns, instrument features, define success metrics, and run experiments.
• Communicate roadmap decisions, trade-offs, progress, benefits, and results to stakeholders and leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience.
• Computer Science background or equivalent technical experience.
• Experience owning a product area end-to-end, from strategy through shipped and adopted features.
• Hands-on experience testing products before release and editing FAQs or documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to executives and engineers.
• Ability to work in a hybrid Palo Alto setup with at least 3 days per week in the office.

Nice to have

• Startup experience, preferably in FinTech or HR tech.
• Experience taking a product from 0 to 1.
• Technical co-founder experience.
