TL;DR
HR All-Rounder (Payroll, Recruitment & HR Analytics): Managing end-to-end payroll, recruitment, employee support, HR dashboards, and strategic people projects for a fast-growing deep tech company with an accent on German labor law, data-driven reporting, and employee experience. Focus on coordinating payroll compliance, driving HR projects independently, and improving onboarding, offboarding, compensation, and people processes.

is a fast-growing deep tech startup with around 150 employees operating in the aviation and drone sector.
What you will do
- Act as the first point of contact for employees and leadership on people-related topics, including organizational changes and sensitive conversations.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from channel selection and candidate screening through offers and contract preparation.
- Prepare monthly payroll end-to-end in coordination with an external payroll provider.
- Build and maintain HR dashboards, track people metrics, and provide reporting for data-driven leadership decisions.
- Lead strategic HR projects covering people processes, compensation structures, and employee experience.
- Support onboarding, offboarding, manager processes, external authorities, service providers, internal events, and office management topics.
Requirements
- University degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in HR, ideally in a dynamic technology, startup, aviation, or drone environment.
- Solid knowledge of German labor law and payroll compliance.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with HR data, dashboards, and reports.
- Ability to manage projects independently from idea to implementation; confidence with M365 is required.
- Fluency in written and spoken German and English. Experience with Personio or a comparable HRIS is advantageous.
