Financial Controller (FP&A)

Location: Must be based in or able to work from Hamburg or Berlin (Hybrid)

What you will do

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for specific business units.
• Oversee month-end closing activities and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Analyze financial results to derive actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
• Partner with functional leaders to support strategic decision-making.
• Continuously improve controlling processes, reporting structures, and financial tools.

Requirements

• 2–6 years of experience in Controlling, FP&A, or a similar finance role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Proven ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Solid proficiency in financial modeling and Excel.
• Must be based in or able to work from Hamburg or Berlin.

Nice to have

• Experience working with large data sets.
• Proficiency in BI tools, SQL, or ERP systems.
