FP&A Manager (AI SaaS)

Nodes & Links develops an AI-first SaaS platform for organizing and prioritizing large-scale construction and infrastructure projects.

What you will do

• Own the group budget, reforecasts, and long-term financial plan while improving forecast accuracy.
• Build and maintain a three-statement financial model covering the P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
• Produce monthly performance reporting covering actuals versus budget, KPIs, and cash flow.
• Support Board materials and investor reporting with the Finance Director.
• Reconcile Salesforce data with reported ARR and partner with department heads on budget variances and performance drivers.
• Deliver scenario analysis, commercial modelling, and process automation across FP&A and reporting.

Requirements

• Qualified accountant with ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent credentials.
• Substantial FP&A experience, including building a driver-based three-statement model from scratch.
• Experience owning a full budget cycle and working directly with department heads.
• Advanced financial modelling and Excel skills, with strong knowledge of cash flow and business KPIs.
• Confidence challenging senior stakeholders and providing clear commercial insight.
• Experience working in a group structure with multiple currencies and an openness to using AI.

Nice to have

• Experience in SaaS and knowledge of ARR, churn, and net revenue retention.
• Experience in a Series B or similar growth-stage company.
• Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM data.
