Recruiting Associate (AI): Managing a high volume of candidates across all parts of the business with an accent on recruiting operations, candidate communication, and collaboration with the Head of Talent. Focus on building the business through fast-paced talent acquisition for production-scale applied AI.
Location: New York Office
Salary: $0–$135K annually, plus equity

What you will do
- Manage a high volume of candidates across all business functions.
- Work directly with the Head of Talent to support recruiting and business growth.
- Build and improve recruiting operations in a rapidly growing company.
- Engage with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Requirements
- 0–1 year of experience in a recruiting agency, technology startup, hedge fund, or investment bank.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Passion for working with people and AI.
- Strong curiosity and ability to learn quickly.
- Ability to work from the New York office.
