What you will do

  • Support the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to offer support.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, and proactive outreach.
  • Conduct initial candidate screens to assess role fit and communication.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and manage feedback collection.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS to ensure data quality.
  • Contribute to recruiting projects, process improvements, and employer branding.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or operations.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Google Sheets, Excel, and ATS systems.
  • Proactive, learning-oriented mindset with openness to feedback.
