What you will do
- Support the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, and proactive outreach.
- Conduct initial candidate screens to assess role fit and communication.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and data quality within the ATS.
- Assist with recruiting projects, employer branding, and process improvements.
- Ensure hiring operations remain organized and responsive.
Requirements
- Must have the right to work in the United States
- 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or operations (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Google Sheets/Excel and basic ATS systems.
- Proactive, learning-oriented mindset with an openness to feedback.
