Technical Recruiter (AI)

Location: On-site in San Francisco, California or New York City

Salary: $120K–$170K annually, plus equity

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end technical recruiting cycle, including sourcing, outreach, interviews, and closing.
• Represent hirify.global and attract engineers, researchers, and technical operators.
• Partner with founders and team leads to scope roles and identify high-leverage hires.
• Build and optimize recruiting systems and workflows using in-house agentic search tools.
• Experiment with creative sourcing strategies in the competitive San Francisco startup market.
• Help shape the talent brand and recruiting culture during rapid headcount growth.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience recruiting for technical roles in startups or high-growth technology companies.
• Familiarity with San Francisco startup culture and the ability to identify and attract highly competitive startup talent.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present a compelling company vision.
• Technical literacy and the ability to communicate engineering projects to technical candidates.
• A builder mindset focused on designing recruiting systems and workflows.
• Comfort working in a fast-moving, high-growth startup environment.
