Delivery Manager-Remote

Location: Remote within the United States

Salary: $120,000–$165,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead, facilitate, and support multidisciplinary agile application development teams as a servant leader.
• Build productive relationships with clients, team members, Product Owners, and key stakeholders.
• Communicate delivery status, risks, decisions, and customer concerns clearly and proactively.
• Coach Development Teams in Scrum, self-organization, cross-functionality, iterative development, and incremental delivery.
• Monitor team health and performance, resolving or escalating issues and supporting continuous improvement.
• Coordinate onboarding, subcontractor feedback, travel arrangements, invoices, expenses, client authorizations, and project-hour tracking.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product or technical leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Deep knowledge of Agile practices, including backlog management, burn-down metrics, velocity, story definition, and iterative development.
• Servant leadership skills with the ability to enable teams to self-organize and balance business priorities.
• Strong communication, facilitation, analytical, interpersonal, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of technical concepts and architectural principles for scalable solutions.
