Delivery Manager (AI)

Location: Remote, aligned to hub locations in Canada and the United States; candidates outside these locations are also welcome.

Salary: CAD 130,000–140,000 annual base salary, with potential additional compensation plans depending on the role.

What you will do

• Champion Agile and Lean practices, coach teams, and visualize organizational work.
• Optimize team flow, remove delivery impediments, and build Agile capabilities.
• Lead continuous planning across product delivery, post-launch support, and benefits realization.
• Communicate across technical and non-technical groups while building trust with stakeholders.
• Improve team dynamics, feedback practices, and alignment with product vision.
• Manage a business analyst and a Customer Engineer while partnering with Customer Success and Product leadership.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Agile project management and successful methodology implementation.
• Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and proactive issue-resolution skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects and delivering them on time.
• Effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong understanding of technology, especially AI and data science products.
• Adaptability to a fast-paced, continuously changing environment and commitment to ongoing learning.

Nice to have

• Multilingual communication skills and successful remote-working experience.
• Agile certifications such as CSM, TKP, KMP, or KCP.
• Experience with distributed teams, AI or data science products, and the insurance industry.
