Delivery Manager (Insurtech)

Location: Remote or Hybrid (Hubs: Dallas, Chicago, Atlanta, Toronto, Lincoln). While the company has hub locations, applications are welcome from outside these areas.

What you will do

• Champion Agile and Lean practices to coach teams and visualize organizational work.
• Communicate effectively across technical and non-technical boundaries to build trust.
• Optimize team flow and address bottlenecks to maintain delivery momentum.
• Lead continuous planning processes from product delivery through post-launch support.
• Manage team dynamics and provide effective feedback to team members.
• Directly manage a business analyst and a Customer Engineer.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Agile project management and methodology implementation.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Track record of managing multiple simultaneous projects.
• Effective collaboration skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Understanding of technology applications, specifically in AI or Data Science products.
• Adaptability to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.

Nice to have

• Agile Certifications such as CSM, TKP, KMP, or KCP.
• Experience with distributed teams and AI/Data Science products.
• Familiarity with the insurance industry.
• Multilingual skills.
• Successful remote working experience.
