Location: Remote or Hybrid (Hubs: Dallas, Chicago, Atlanta, Toronto, Lincoln). While the company has hub locations, applications are welcome from outside these areas.

What you will do
- Champion Agile and Lean practices to coach teams and visualize organizational work.
- Communicate effectively across technical and non-technical boundaries to build trust.
- Optimize team flow and address bottlenecks to maintain delivery momentum.
- Lead continuous planning processes from product delivery through post-launch support.
- Manage team dynamics and provide effective feedback to team members.
- Directly manage a business analyst and a Customer Engineer.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Agile project management and methodology implementation.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Track record of managing multiple simultaneous projects.
- Effective collaboration skills with stakeholders at all levels.
- Understanding of technology applications, specifically in AI or Data Science products.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
Nice to have
- Agile Certifications such as CSM, TKP, KMP, or KCP.
- Experience with distributed teams and AI/Data Science products.
- Familiarity with the insurance industry.
- Multilingual skills.
- Successful remote working experience.
