Construction Manager (AI Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Own day-to-day site execution for utility-scale solar and BESS projects from mobilization through energization.
• Orchestrate EPC contractors, civil crews, electrical trades, and equipment vendors to ensure projects remain on-schedule and on-budget.
• Build and drive integrated construction schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Enforce site safety programs and maintain zero-incident standards across all subcontractors.
• Resolve field conflicts in real-time and manage QA/QC, RFI, and change-order workflows.
• Track and report daily progress, earned value, and resource loading to project management.

Requirements

• Must be based in Austin, TX (On-site role).
• Proven experience managing utility-scale solar, solar-plus-storage, or high-voltage substation construction.
• Expertise in building and driving integrated schedules in Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Strong background in enforcing site safety plans and managing subcontractor documentation.
• Ability to coordinate complex civil, racking, PV, and electrical scopes simultaneously.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with utility-scale BESS construction.
• Background in substation and gen-tie scope.
• Experience with multi-site concurrent delivery.
• OSHA 30 certification.
