Construction Coordinator (Manufacturing)

Location: On-site in Austin, TX; New York, NY; San Francisco, CA; or Seattle, WA

Salary: $129,000 – $163,000

What you will do

• Coordinate daily tenant improvement construction activities between internal teams and the general contractor.
• Track construction progress against production ramp schedules to identify and mitigate potential delays.
• Manage the punch and turnover process to ensure operational readiness of new spaces.
• Maintain the documentation spine, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Conduct daily site walks to ensure quality and timely completion of punch lists.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Proven experience coordinating commercial or industrial construction from the owner or GC side.
• Experience managing TI work within an operating facility without disrupting production.
• Proficiency in maintaining RFI and submittal logs.
• Ability to escalate schedule threats with clear evidence and actionable options.

Nice to have

• Experience with manufacturing fit-outs.
• Proficiency in Procore or equivalent construction management software.
• Knowledge of permitting basics and MEP coordination.
