Technician I - SMT (2nd Shift)

Location: Mount Holly Springs, Pennsylvania, United States; onsite manufacturing role. Schedule: 3:30 p.m.–12:00 a.m., Monday–Friday, with a 10% second-shift differential.

What you will do

• Operate automated SMT equipment, including solder paste printers, reflow ovens, and inspection tools.
• Set up machines, load basic programs, and perform routine maintenance.
• Monitor production flow and conduct basic inspections to verify quality standards.
• Identify and help resolve basic equipment and process issues with guidance from senior technicians or engineers.
• Follow written instructions, diagrams, and standard operating procedures for PCB assembly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while collaborating on process improvements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic mechanical or machine-operation aptitude and comfort working with tools or machinery.
• Willingness to learn technical processes and follow detailed instructions.
• Good hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, basic computer skills, and communication abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and meet physical requirements involving standing, walking, reaching, pulling, pushing, and stooping.
• Must provide proof of U.S. citizenship, permanent U.S. residency, or protected-individual status under U.S. export-control requirements.

Nice to have

• Up to 2 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or a mechanical environment.
• Technical training, mechanical coursework, or related hands-on experience.
• Prior SMT or electronics experience is not required; training is provided.
