What you will do

• Set up and operate appropriate equipment for metal fabrication.
• Perform 100% inspection of finished products before they move to the next stage of the process.
• Use air and electric hand tools such as grinders, drills, and files.
• Measure parts to 1/32" accuracy using tape measures, calipers, and shop devices.
• Execute preventative maintenance and housekeeping tasks following 5S procedures.
• Participate in continuous improvement teams within specific work cells.

Requirements

• High school diploma (GED) or equivalent work experience demonstrating competency.
• Experience in a metal fabrication environment operating machinery.
• Ability to read and interpret dimensions and surfaces from design drawings.
• Demonstrated proficiency in oral and written English literacy.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in East Greenville, PA
