Talent Acquisition Partner (AI Robotics)

Location: Milpitas, California, United States; requires 5 days/week in-office collaboration.

Salary: $120,000–$140,000 USD per year plus bonus and equity.

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and business roles across Physical AI.
• Partner with hiring managers and leaders to define success profiles, hiring priorities, and recruiting strategies.
• Build targeted sourcing strategies and talent pipelines across robotics, AI, machine learning, software, hardware, infrastructure, product, and operations.
• Use market intelligence, candidate feedback, recruiting analytics, and AI tools to identify bottlenecks and improve effectiveness.
• Design structured, role-specific interview processes that balance quality, candidate experience, and speed.
• Advise on candidate calibration, compensation positioning, offer strategy, and closing.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in technical, startup, or high-performance hiring environments.
• Proven success recruiting engineering, AI, robotics, hardware, software, infrastructure, research, systems, or other technically complex roles.
• Strong sourcing expertise, including market mapping, competitive intelligence, passive outreach, and relationship building.
• Experience using AI tools, recruiting automation, or analytics to improve recruiting effectiveness.
• Strong technical understanding, analytical ability, stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work in the office five days per week in Milpitas, California.

• Experience building recruiting functions or hiring processes in early-stage or founder-led companies.
