What you will do

Manage outbound team members and coordinate picking, packing, and related warehouse operations.
Develop JIT wave monitoring plans and system-based order task allocation strategies.
Monitor outbound workflows, resolve customer-reported exceptions, and coordinate parcel handovers with courier companies.
Analyze labor productivity, accuracy, and other outbound data to optimize processes, storage layout, efficiency, and space utilization.
Organize operational training, enforce safety standards, and prevent workplace risks.
Collaborate with logistics and customer service teams on inventory management, order fulfillment, reporting, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Experience managing outbound warehouse operations and operational teams.
Knowledge of picking, packing, order fulfillment, and parcel handover processes.
Ability to monitor operational performance and analyze productivity and accuracy data.
Ability to coordinate across logistics, customer service, and courier partners.
