Manager DC - Night Shift

Location: Twiggs DC, Jeffersonville, Georgia, United States; onsite night-shift work

What you will do

• Manage assigned night-shift operations for eCommerce order fulfillment, supplies inventory, supplies order fulfillment, and distribution center service requests.
• Lead Supervisors and hourly team members across distribution center activities.
• Enforce safety standards, maintain clean work areas, and sustain a safe working environment.
• Maintain quality, accuracy, productivity, service-level, and order-integrity standards.
• Conduct safety and process-adherence observations and prepare operational reports for Senior Leadership.
• Coordinate with Distribution Center Operations, Merchant Operations, and Store Operations while developing team capability through cross-functional training and rotations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent related work experience.
• At least 7 years of related work experience, including 3 years of management experience.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office, Warehouse Management Systems, AS/400, Lotus Notes, and Sterling Commerce.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays at the Jeffersonville, Georgia distribution center.
• Ability to work in mezzanines, operate material-handling equipment up to 35 feet, handle repetitive physical activities, and work in extreme temperatures.

• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems and RF-managed inventory.
