DC Manager Inventory Control

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day inventory control operations at the distribution center.
• Lead a diverse workforce, including hiring, training, scheduling, performance evaluation, corrective action, and termination.
• Analyze inventory and operational results to improve accuracy, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
• Maintain compliance, control documentation, internal controls, company records, and departmental reports.
• Partner with DC Operations, Merchandising, Store Operations, and other internal and external customers.
• Ensure adherence to standards, policies, procedures, processes, and safe work practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in inventory, distribution, and operational procedures.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, prioritization, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Office, Warehouse Management Systems, AS/400, and Sterling Commerce.
• Knowledge of accounting fundamentals, including stock ledgers, balance sheets, general ledger impact, and credits/debits.
