MDM Data Steward

Location: Alpharetta, Georgia, United States. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship.

What you will do

• Verify business entities in the Customer master data domain and oversee automated data-matching workflows.
• Manually review legal names, DBA names, addresses, and supporting public information when automated matching is inconclusive.
• Approve or reject entity matches, document decisions, and maintain traceability and auditability.
• Monitor data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and reliability, and coordinate remediation of data quality issues.
• Establish data standards, definitions, business rules, metadata, lineage, and lifecycle controls for Customer master data.
• Collaborate with business, technology, compliance, and data governance stakeholders to improve MDM capabilities and integrations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Management, Quantitative Analytics, Data Science, or a related discipline.
• 6–8+ years of experience in data stewardship, data governance, master data management, or similar data-focused roles.
• Familiarity with data governance policies, data lifecycle management, and regulatory requirements affecting Customer data.
• Strong analytical, research, problem-solving, documentation, and cross-functional communication skills.
• U.S. work authorization is required; employment-based visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Experience with Informatica MDM, Informatica Customer 360, Reltio, or similar MDM platforms.
• Knowledge of data-matching algorithms, survivorship rules, data quality concepts, and entity resolution.
• Understanding of Customer data structures, entity relationships, and master data workflows.
