Company
is developing a governed People Data Management capability within its People Analytics and Agile HR technology organization to support evidence-based workforce decisions, digital transformation, and future AI applications.
What you will do
- Govern, document, maintain, and certify HR data assets and trusted datasets in line with enterprise data management standards.
- Identify root causes of recurring data quality issues and coordinate sustainable improvements across HR data domains.
- Maintain HR business data models, attribute definitions, critical data elements, data lineage, and metadata governance.
- Align business processes, data assets, system architecture, and enterprise data modeling initiatives.
- Support HR leaders, Business Process Owners, and subject matter experts with data management responsibilities.
- Build the HR Data Steward and Data Subject Matter Expert community, monitor adoption, and contribute to the People Data Management roadmap.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Management, Data Management, Business Administration, HR, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in data governance, data management, analytics enablement, master data management, or a related discipline.
- Experience working in complex international organizations with multiple stakeholders.
- Proven ability to drive organizational adoption and implement governance practices.
- Experience working with sensitive or regulated data and/or an HR technology ecosystem.
- Knowledge of or certification in the DAMA DMBOK framework, with strong stakeholder management, facilitation, analytical, and collaboration skills.
