TL;DR

Location: Folsom, California, United States

Salary: $28.48–$44.50 per hour, plus eligibility for bonus, stock, and benefits.

What you will do

  • Develop and maintain detailed production schedules aligned with demand and site production plans.
  • Sequence manufacturing orders to optimize equipment utilization, labor efficiency, throughput, and material usage.
  • Monitor production status and adjust schedules for changing priorities, material constraints, equipment downtime, and workforce availability.
  • Assess capacity constraints and recommend schedule changes or recovery plans to reduce delivery risk.
  • Coordinate daily priorities and schedule changes with manufacturing, supply planning, procurement, quality, engineering, and materials stakeholders.
  • Track schedule adherence, identify recurring issues, and support continuous improvement, product transfers, new product introductions, and capacity expansion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related field; equivalent manufacturing experience may be considered.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic production environment.
  • Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and production planning tools.
  • Experience with manufacturing planning, scheduling, production control, operations, or supply chain is preferred, typically 3–7 years.
  • Experience with capacity planning, finite scheduling, regulated manufacturing, Lean Manufacturing, or Operational Excellence is preferred.

Nice to have

  • Experience in life sciences, diagnostics, analytical instrumentation, reagents, or regulated manufacturing operations.
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Operational Excellence principles.
