Salary: $80,000–$130,000 annually

What you will do

  • Create, negotiate, and manage multiple service and construction contracts and agreements.
  • Lead sourcing, RFP issuance, bidder clarifications, bid evaluation, and award recommendations.
  • Administer subcontractor performance, monitor cost against scope, and conduct progress reviews.
  • Coordinate with Construction, Engineering, and Support Services to align work with contractual obligations.
  • Represent the company in contract negotiations and facilitate contract-related meetings.
  • Prepare contract documentation, status reports, and project-specific subcontract management procedures.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of service acquisition regulations, procurement policies, and industry contracting practices.
  • Experience with pricing, contract law, negotiations, accounting, and major contract types.
  • Broad experience across all phases of subcontract administration, including contractual issue resolution.
  • Working knowledge of engineering and construction contracting, EPC field administration, and project procedures.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a similar field with 5–7 years of experience, or 9–12 years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to work extended hours and weekends when necessary; open to travel.

Nice to have

  • Experience in fast-paced engineering or highly technical environments.
  • Experience with field administration of EPC contracts.
  • Knowledge of FAR, DFAR, and ITAR.
