Senior Associate, Talent Acquisition

Location: Hybrid role requiring onsite work in the San Francisco, California office

Salary: $160,000–$190,000 per year, plus discretionary bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting across Venture and Growth investment, portfolio engagement, operations, and support functions.
• Manage annual investment intern and Analyst recruiting programs, including university relationships, sourcing, assessment, offers, and stakeholder communication.
• Drive Investment Associate hiring through sourcing strategies, candidate engagement, recruiting events, interviews, and hiring decisions.
• Advise investment professionals and business leaders on hiring needs, market strategy, talent insights, and recruiting recommendations.
• Build talent pipelines through direct sourcing, networking, referrals, market mapping, and external search partners.
• Maintain agency relationships and deliver accurate recruiting operations, reporting, communication, and process improvements.

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Significant experience supporting Venture Capital, Growth Equity, Private Equity, investment, or financial services organizations.
• Direct experience with Investment Analyst and Associate recruiting cycles across investment and business functions.
• Strong talent advisory, stakeholder management, sourcing, market mapping, and talent assessment skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent searches and competing priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, executive presence, and a collaborative approach; curiosity about using AI and emerging technologies in recruiting is expected.
