Full Cycle Recruiter

What you will do

• Own assigned requisitions end-to-end, from search strategy and sourcing through candidate assessment and signed offer.
• Define and adapt search channels, target companies, outreach, messaging, timelines, deliverables, and metrics.
• Source passive candidates independently and conduct in-depth screens covering qualifications, motivation, and fit.
• Prepare candidate summaries and scorecards, present calibrated slates, and manage candidate relationships through the full lifecycle.
• Partner with TA Partners, hiring leaders, and Total Rewards on search strategy, candidate feedback, market insights, and offers.
• Use AI for screening preparation, candidate research, scorecard drafting, and interview scheduling; guide Sourcing Recruiters on shared searches.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in-house, agency, or executive search, including independent requisition ownership from sourcing through offer.
• Demonstrated ability to source passive candidates without dedicated sourcing support.
• Strong candidate assessment skills and experience presenting calibrated slates with clear rationale.
• Proficiency with an applicant tracking system and modern sourcing platforms.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on-site at the Austin, Texas headquarters campus.

Nice to have

• 8+ years of experience using search-firm or executive-search training and methodology.
• Experience recruiting technical or specialized roles in engineering, software, robotics, skilled trades, construction, or AEC.
• Hands-on experience with AI recruiting tools for screening, scorecards, and scheduling.
• Experience working within a structured recruiting playbook or Center of Excellence model.
