What you will do

• Plan and coordinate functional and durability testing for powertrain systems at subsystem and system level.
• Plan testing on vehicles, prototypes, and test benches.
• Manage powertrain testing logistics, timing, commissioning, and coordination with interface partners.
• Monitor test and validation status, define activities and deadlines, and maintain planning and reporting tools.
• Address legal, budget, release, operational, technical, and coordination issues related to testing.
• Manage risks, communicate unresolved conflicts, and propose alternative paths to meet vehicle project targets.

Requirements

• Automotive experience with hands-on testing and test validation.
• Experience in planning and reporting for automotive testing.
• Master’s degree or PhD.
• Self-organized and solution-oriented working style.
• Lean, self-responsible approach and flexibility for suddenly arising tasks.
