Global Head of Facilities (Healthcare)

Location: New York, hybrid; international travel to regional sites and markets is required as needed.

Salary: $270,000–$396,000 base depending on experience, plus equity.

What you will do

• Define and own the global facilities strategy, operating standards, procedures, playbooks, reporting frameworks, and performance benchmarks.
• Lead, mentor, and develop regional Facilities Managers while establishing governance, operating cadences, escalation paths, and accountability across markets.
• Partner with Expansion, Operations, and Medical teams to create repeatable clinic maintenance, upkeep, and refresh models for new and existing sites.
• Oversee global vendor relationships and strategic service agreements, ensuring quality, consistency, and strong commercial terms.
• Own the global facilities budget and define KPIs across hard services, soft services, security, and compliance.
• Report facilities performance, risks, trends, and strategic priorities to the COO and Operations Leadership Team.

Requirements

• Significant global leadership experience in facilities management across hard services, soft services, security, health, and safety.
• Technical competence in mechanical, electrical, and building systems, including maintenance strategy and capital investment decisions.
• Senior-level experience owning health and safety, compliance frameworks across multiple jurisdictions, incident investigations, and emergency preparedness.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing sizeable facilities budgets and complex vendor negotiations.
• Experience with facilities management platforms and data reporting tools.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, including operating with COO-level stakeholders and regional teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in premium retail, luxury hospitality, or consumer brand environments.
• Professional qualifications in facilities management, health and safety, or building services engineering, such as NEBOSH, IWFM, or BIFM.
• Experience building a facilities team with a strong craft culture.
