Global Head of Facilities

Location: New York, hybrid

Salary: $270,000–$396,000 base, depending on experience, plus equity

What you will do

• Define and own the global facilities strategy, standards, operating procedures, playbooks, tooling, and reporting frameworks.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Regional Facilities Leaders while establishing operating cadences, escalation paths, and governance across markets.
• Partner with Expansion, Operations, and Medical teams to build repeatable clinic maintenance, upkeep, and refresh models.
• Oversee global vendor relationships and strategic service agreements, balancing quality, consistency, and commercial terms.
• Own the global facilities budget and track KPIs across hard services, soft services, security, and compliance.
• Report facilities performance, risks, and strategic priorities to the COO and Operations Leadership Team.

Requirements

• Significant global leadership experience in facilities management across hard services, soft services, security, and health and safety.
• Technical competence in mechanical, electrical, and building systems, including maintenance strategy and capital investment decisions.
• Senior-level ownership of health and safety, compliance frameworks across multiple jurisdictions, incident investigations, and emergency preparedness.
• Strong aesthetic sensibility and commitment to maintaining high-quality physical environments.
• Commercial acumen, including sizeable facilities budgets and complex vendor negotiations.
• Experience with facilities management platforms and data reporting tools; willingness to travel internationally to regional sites and markets.

Nice to have

• Experience in premium retail, luxury hospitality, or consumer brand environments.
• Professional qualifications such as NEBOSH, IWFM, BIFM, or equivalent in facilities management, health and safety, or building services engineering.
• Experience building a facilities team with a strong craft culture.
