Delivery Engineer III

Location: Remote, US

Salary: $137,000–$185,000 USD annual total target cash compensation, including base and variable compensation. Equity may also be available.

What you will do

• Own onboarding and data health for strategic and high-value customers.
• Define business goals, metrics, data architecture, and project outcomes with prospects, clients, and pre-sales teams.
• Partner with engineering, product management, marketing, and technical partners to implement and optimize hirify.global deployments.
• Deliver data architecture consulting, data optimization, re-implementation, adoption, and change management services.
• Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, and unexpected issues across complex client engagements.
• Build AI automations and advise customers on integrating agentic workflows with hirify.global data.

Requirements

• Experience querying, modeling, and transforming data with at least one core tool such as SQL, dbt, Python, business intelligence, or product analytics tools.
• Knowledge of databases and cloud data warehouses, including Google Cloud, Amazon Redshift, or Microsoft Azure.
• Familiarity with product analytics implementation methods such as SDKs, customer data platforms, event streaming, and reverse ETL.
• Experience managing complex projects and diverse client stakeholders while controlling scope and timelines.
• Experience in customer success, client-facing professional services, consulting, or technical project management.
• Experience embedding AI into workflows, using MCP servers, building skills, and setting context for AI and data strategies.
