Cost Manager (Data Centres)

What you will do

• Manage construction estimates, build costs, cost plans, and budgets for hyperscale data centre projects.
• Deliver estimates against approved cost, time, and quality measures and develop program-level cost standards.
• Communicate cost constraints and explain overall cost structures to project stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Collaborate with engineering, technology, and procurement teams to create detailed cost plans.
• Identify construction risks, scope changes, cost impacts, and mitigation options.
• Maintain cost reporting and documentation, while supporting benchmarking, analytics, and repeatable estimates for regional projects.

Requirements

• Experience estimating costs and planning processes for complex, large-scale construction and data centre projects.
• Broad understanding of construction methodologies and intermediate knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ability to identify and document construction scope and cost changes.
• Ability to perform regional cost analysis and prepare concise, data-driven business case documents.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously with significant discretion and adapt to change.
