What you will do

• Represent the company onsite and oversee daily construction operations.
• Facilitate communication between leadership and the general contractor.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety programs and proactive risk management.
• Monitor project schedules, manpower, and production reporting.
• Validate QAQC hold points and procurement status.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align mechanical systems with operational requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or an Engineering discipline.
• Experience supporting large-scale data center, mission-critical, or industrial construction projects.
• Working understanding of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, civil, and structural systems.
• Proficiency in Procore.
• Experience with formal interface management and document control processes (IMS/EDMS).
• Ability to work in a dynamic, high-intensity environment.
