What you will do

• Prepare and manage detailed cost estimates, plans, and lifecycle costing options.
• Identify project risks and maintain the Risk Register.
• Create and manage cost control reports to track financial performance.
• Participate in design team and client meetings to provide cost-related insights.
• Manage change order logs, invoice logs, and pricing research.
• Develop standardized project templates for consistent documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or Data Analytics.
• Minimum 2+ years of cost management experience.
• Thorough knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Microsoft Project.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience working in hyper-scale data centers.
• Proficiency in CostX for producing estimates and bills.
